Cult Belgian art-rockers dEUS are hitting the pause button on preparations for the release of their eight studio album to celebrate the 20th anniversary of ‘The Ideal Crash’, the album that cemented their status as one of the most inventive indie rock bands of their generation.

As well as giving the album a facelift with a full remastering and reissue of deluxe CD and vinyl boxsets, the band will also undertake a twenty-date Spring tour, playing the record’s ten tracks in full to audiences in major cities all across Europe.

“The perfect time to get the engine going again, to get the fucking machine back on the road! If there was one moment where we should celebrate an album and take it on tour, it’s this one. It was a very important record for us, it’s twenty years old, and it’ll set high standards for the new songs.” says dEUS frontman Tom Barman.

dEUS – The Ideal Crash – 20th Anniversary Tour, The Academy, Friday May 10th. Tickets €42.05 Inc. booking fee on sale Friday November 16th at 9am from Ticketmaster.
