Christy Moore’s friend Philip Chevron – who has performed with him previously at The National Stadium – is suffering with a recurring illness and Christy wanted to support by playing a live show. Philip agreed and the result is a benefit gig in Whelans on Monday 15th July 2013. Tickets for the show are €36.50 inclusive of booking fee and you’re not likely to see Christy in as small a venue again anytime soon.
