Christmas fundraiser with Jogging in aid of Alone

A Christmas fundraising gig is to be held this Friday in Whelan’s (Upstairs) to raise much needed funds for Alone. They provide fantastic services for the elderly to give companionship, assistance and look after elderly people who may have nobody. Especially at this time of year we all to often hear stories of pensioners who pass away in their houses from the cold or spend Christmas alone.

Supporting the great work the charity do are Jogging, Patrick Kelleher, Magic Pockets, Maria Somervile and Crowhammer who will all play on the night to help raise funds. Tickets are €8 and available from FallowField.
