The Irish/Hong-Kongese artist Chris Wong pours his heart out on smooth new single When I Feel Your Love which captures Wong contemplating long distance love affairs, being in the wrong place at the wrong time, and all the chances missed due circumstances beyond our control.

As you would expect from Chris Wong, When I Feel Your Love contains an uber tight rhythm section fusing R&B, Soul and Indie influences underpinned by Chris’ smooth falsetto vocals.

“When I Feel Your Love represents a real period of growth in my life by acknowledging what can and can not be, understanding that the stars won’t always align”, Wong explains. “It was a missed opportunity at love and it stung me for a while”.

When I Feel Your Love was written and produced in a day with Saxon Gable (Babysmith [Berlin,DE]). Recorded at Lumen Studios alongside an Australian dreamteam of Aidan Keith Lowe (engineer and drummer), Saxon Gable (producer, and co-writer) and Ray Sonder (bass).

Chris will play 4 intimate shows following When I Feel Your Love’s release.

Wong’s shows at O’Regans (26/01) and Nick’s Coffee (30/01) are free, donation based events with 50% of proceeds going to The Irish Cancer Society.

Chris also plays an iconic Dublin secret showcase on Tuesday 28th of January and a separate secret show on the 27/01.
