We were wondering when this little nugget would show up,it was getting very close to May and we were worrying, we do love Castlepalooza. Fears allayed, we can confirm that Castlepalooza 2012 will return for its 7th successive year running at Charleville Castle.
As always it takes place on the August bank holiday weekend. August 3rd to 5th in Tullamore, and will feature The Charlatans as their headline acts for their only Irish show this summer. Joining the brit-rockers this year will be Ghostpoet, King Charles, Jape, Donal Dineen’s Parish Project, Solar Bears, Jon Phonics, MMOTHS, Little Green Cars and loads more with the full list of acts below.
Tickets are once again some of the most reasonable on the market. If you buy your ticket in the week following this launch then you can get it for just €50, so come May 2nd, you chance of a cheap festival will have gone. It’s an August bank holiday weekend no brainer.
