Friends of the site and actual personal mates of mine The Cast of Cheers today woke up in their new digs in London where the band have relocated to to find some of their gear had been stolen from their house.
They unfortunately only recently moved and have not yet picked up home insurance so they are at a complete loss unless the good are recovered and the band who gave us one of the best albums of 2010 for absolutely nothing are now potentially unable to finish their second record. They could well struggle with getting the kind of equipment they need in time for the Electric Picnic performance.
The stolen items include

- Digitech Whammy Pedal
- Korg Microkorg Keyboard
The only real option for assistance has already been proposed by the good men over at the Richter Collective who posted the news today and have suggested a donation scheme via Paypal, which you can donate to here if you want to support a band who gave you one of the best albums of last year for nothing.
I for one will be repaying the favour by throwing an albums worth of cash at the lads. If everyone did the same I think we can get these lads back up and running and we might get the pleasure of the second record, which we hear is even better.
