It’s an announcement a lot of people have been waiting for since reading AU’s early preview of the recordings made in Wexford almost exactly a year ago. The Cast of Cheers have announced their second album is on it’s way and have etched a date in stone for fans to put in their calendars. The album will be called ‘Family‘ unsurprisingly (given the title track lead the releases), and it will be release on June 18th on School Boy Error records.

We caught a lot of the new material live in Manchester and having heard Animals and Family lead the way and take over BBC radio, we are nearly ready for their full release. Chariot, their debut album still exists around the interwebz on torrents and the likes, so if you missed it the first time around, do go hunting for it, a great listen. Goose seems to have made the transition between the two albums which is interesting.
