This summer, Bryan Ferry and the Bryan Ferry Jazz Orchestra have announced that they will headline the National Concert Hall’s Summer Festival. Formerly of Roxy Music, Ferry joins a line-up that already boasts an interesting line-up.
Ferry and his Jazz Orchestra fall in alongside Spiritualized, Sinead O’Connor, LAPD (Liam O’Flynn, Andy Irvine, Paddy Glackin and Dónal Lunny), Martin Hayes, and The Filfenora Ceili Band.
Bryan Ferry’s career spans three decades between Roxy Music, his solo career, and numerous film, TV, and stage performances, his he’ll be touring his new album ‘The Jazz Age’ with the NCH performance.
The festival itself coincides with the Gathering 2013 and will take place throughout July and August. Tickets are available through the National Concert Hall website.
