Ahead of their sold out show at Whelan’s this coming Friday, UK ’90s act Bôa have announced their biggest headline show to date at The National Stadium for June 2025. The group, best known for their 1998 breakout single ‘Duvet’ that went on to soundtrack the Japanese cult-classic anime Serial Experiments Lain.

Almost two decades later ‘Duvet’ made a surprising resurrection, re-emerging on TikTok, igniting an unexpected level of interest in the band with streams of ‘Duvet’ swelling to over 450m on Spotify alone, inspiring bôa to return to the studio to record their first new music in over 20 years.

Whiplash their third official album arrived on October 18th via Nettwerk.
