Sam Lloyd (AKA Ted from Scrubs) and his band of harmonious mischievous crew of vocal villains will be taking their show to Dublin. The Blanks are a group of friends who managed to get themselves written into hit TV show Scrubs as “Ted’s Band”, a barbershop quartet led by Sam Lloyd, who portrays the ever put-upon hospital attorney, “Ted Buckland”.
“No Instruments, No Problem”. The Blanks will be bringing their unique blend of A Cappella and Sketch Comedy to The Helix in Dublin on June 18th 2011.
This will be the group’s second performance in Ireland after a previous sold out show in February of this year at The Helix. They do versions of “Hey Ya” and “Superman/Scrubs Theme” and will be sporting some originals like “Guy Love”. They show has skits, antics, choreography. talking toys and costume changes.
The Blanks play The Helix on June 18th at 8.30pm. Tickets are €20 with a €15 concession.
