Experience Ridley Scott’s multi-Academy Award®-nominated cult classic, Blade Runner (2007 Final Cut), on a vast HD screen accompanied by The Avex Ensemble performing Greek composer Vangelis’ original synthesiser led score in sync with the film.

Following on from the UK premiere in London at the Royal Albert Hall this October, the 1982 motion picture will come to Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on 22nd May 2022, with a full 12-piece musical ensemble featuring synthesizers, strings, brass, bass, and percussion, bringing the film’s stunning soundtrack to life.

Vangelis’ iconic soundtrack was nominated for ‘Best Original Score’ in 1983 at both the BAFTAs and Golden Globes, and has become influential both in the world of film scores, as well as wider electronic music in general.
