New York hotshots Been Stellar are set to bring their critically acclaimed debut album ‘Scream from New York, NY’ to Ireland next month for what are sure to be 3 memorable show.
The group paid their dues touring with the likes of Fontaines DC and Shame. Leaving behind the driving shoegaze of their early recordings, the NYC-based five-piece tapped into the disaffected sound and spirit of New York luminaries like Sonic Youth and Interpol. The quintet turned to producer Dan Carey (black midi, Wet Leg) to help them achieve the uncompromising sound of ‘Scream from New York, NY,’
The group’s Irish shows will commence in The Workman’s Club, Dublin before dates in Roisin Dubh, Galway and The Ulster Sports Club Belfast. Support on all dates come from hotly tipped up-and-coming Cork act Cardinals.
