A man of many talents – pianist, bandleader and MC Alfa Mist is at the forefront of London’s current jazz explosion for his prodigious production style which pairs harmonically rich instrumentals with drunk, grooving rhythms in the vein of the late J Dilla.

Alfa Mist is set to release his brand new album ‘Bring Backs’ on 23 April 2021, having already secured a coveted spot on the taste making Youtube channel Colors earlier this month.

“I live in this perpetual ‘bring back’ state where I can never really be sure that I’m doing as well as I am,” says Alfa Mist of his upcoming album.

“When you grow up where I did, you live in a sense of instability – you can be doing ok for a while but that can change, you know that’s always a possibility.”
