Our friends at Absolut have taken an idea to have a truly unique limited edition of four million uniquely designed and individually numbered bottles and add a launch event to celebrate their and your uniqueness.
As owners of one of these unique bottles we can say they are very cool looking, uniquely designed, individually numbered and decorated with vibrant colours and patterns. They will be on the shelves in Ireland from early October and to launch the product they will have an event to celebrate uniqueness with Jacques Lu Cont and Star Slinger Performing.
The Absolute Unique launch party will take place in The Academy on Wednesday 17th October with 500 guests invited via the Absolute Ireland Facebook page. They will be encouraged to celebrate uniqueness with live DJ performances from Star Slinger and Jacques Lu Cont, guests can create their own unique cocktails at the Absolut Candy Bar, ‘mash-up’ their own unique playlist in the DJ booth and experience experimental contempory design and creative vision.
The bottles themselves are a re-engineering of the entire product line adding human and mechanical interaction as well as carefully orchestrated randomness, splash guns and colour-generation. They blended with complex coating, patterns and placement algorithms made sure no two bottles would be the 38 different colours and 51 pattern types were applied, adding a white, mat paper label that features each bottle’s unique number.
“A lot of world-class creators have made their interpretations of our iconic bottle. But this time ABSOLUT was the artist. Our customers are all unique – so we wanted to give them each a one-of-a-kind bottle as individual as they are” said Jane Chmara, Marketing Manager, ABSOLUT VODKA Ireland
The ABSOLUT UNIQUE event takes place on Wednesday, October 17th in The Academy. Guests have the opportunity to win tickets to attend this unique event via the Absolute Ireland Facebook page from Friday 5th October.
ABSOLUT UNIQUE, which contains ABSOLUT Original Vodka will be available nationwide from mid-October RSP €21.89.
