A special livestream event celebrating the 30th anniversary of Nirvana’s seminal ‘Nevermind’ album is set to take place on Friday 24th of September with all proceeds from the event going to MASI.

13 Irish acts have combined to recreate the album with each artist performing one songs from the 1991 era-defining grunge classic. The artists will take to the stages of The Grand Social and Sin É respectively to perform the tracklist from this iconic album on the 30th anniversary of its release.

The line-up, consists of the likes of Maija Sofia, Havvk, Pretty Happy, Mhaol, Elaine Malone and Laurie Shaw with performances recorded in Sin E and The Grand Social with some special performances from the artists homes.

This will be broadcasted via Micromedia screens all over the country and online via the venues and artists socials A QR code will be displayed for viewers to tune into the audio of the pre-recorded, high production livestream event.

The full line-up of acts: Maija Sofia, Havvk, Alien She, Cruiser, Laurie Shaw, Junk Drawer, Uaim,  Aoife Wolf, Pretty Happy, Elaine Malone, Mob Wife and Mhaol.
