The 12 Points Festival alternates around European cities each year and this year it took place in Dublin.
Next year the festival will take place in Umeá in Sweden in April 2014. They are putting a call out for acts to apply to play the festival and closing date for applications is Friday 8th November. Artists get their hotel, flight costs covered and a performance fee so as opportunities for small band to get their music out in a cost effective manner, this could be a great chance.
