Sacred Animals aka musician/producer Darragh Nolan has shared Mono, the second single from his highly anticipated upcoming debut LP ‘Odin’s Wain’, due later in the year.

Mono is a visceral speeding journey through that split second where you’ve an understanding of what it means to be a spirit having a human existence, just before you’ve lost it again” explains Nolan.

The video for Mono sees Sacred Animals working with Irish musician and film-maker Wolff, and features drummer Lorcan Byrne and dancer Megan McEvoy performing in a skatepark half-pipe.

Mono follows on the heels of Sacred Animals’ comeback single Maya Animal, with another visual treatment from Wolff.

‘Odin’s Wain’ arrives some nine years after his debut EP ‘Welcome Home’ was released, but Nolan certainly hasn’t been wasting that time. In the interim he set up his own recording studio Asta Kalapa and has become one of the most revered producers and re-mixers Ireland has to offer.

Nolan and Sacred Animals will be hitting the road with Cork’s finest Talos later this year.
