This week’s Other Voices features not one, but two Plec Picks 2016 artists.

Exciting rock n’roll outfit Otherkin will hit the main stage in Dingle’s St. James’ Church, for what is sure to be one of the most raucous moments the church has ever witnessed with tracks such as recent single Ay Ay sure to upset the angels.

Saint Sister meanwhile, will deliver an altogether more angelic performance when they appear in the IMRO Other Room. The Derry duo’s mix of harp, synth and ethereal singing courtesy of Morgan MacIntyre and Gemma Doherty creates a distinctive sound that marks them out from the crowd as one of Ireland’s hottest musical prospects. Check out their track Madrid for proof and keep an eye and an ear out for them in the future and don’t pass up the opportunity to witness them in action for yourself if they come to your town.

Also appearing on this week’s episode of  Other Voices, British multi-instrumentalist hot-shot Jack Garatt will perfom songs from his breakthrough debut album ‘Phase’ and Minnesota legends Low will be playing songs from their twelfth album ‘Ones And Sixes’. Other Voices airs on Saturday at the later time of quarter past midnight due to coverage of some sort of sportsball.
