Northern Ireland’s self-confessed Professional Sadboy, JC Stewart has announced a show in Dublin’s Academy next May.  The Derry artist has toured with the likes of Luv and James Bay and recently appeared on stage with Maggie Rogers performing her hit Alaska.

JC Stewart co-wrote his latest single ‘Bones’ with Sam Merrifield (Lewis Capaldi, JP Cooper) and Benjamin Francis Leftwich.

“‘Bones’ is one of the most honest songs I have ever written,” says JC Stewart. “I wrote it the day after my first ever break-up and all the lyrics just spilled onto the page really quickly. I’m super excited that it’s coming out after so long!”

Stewart also co-wrote ‘Hollywood’ from Lewis Capaldi’s debut album ‘Devilishly Uninspired To A Hellish Extent’.

Stewart’s upcoming four-show residency at The Islington London sold-out within a matter of hours and now he is set to play his biggest Irish show to date at The Academy on May 27th 2019. Tickets €18.00 on sale Friday 6 September at 10am from usual outlets.
