Brighton based singer-songwriter Axel Flovent is coming to Dublin for a show at The Sound House this June. The Icelandic artist from the small town of Húsavík started to make noise in 2016 with the release of his ‘Forest Fires’ EP. Flovent has subsequently released two more EPs ‘Quiet Eyes’ (2017) and ‘Youthful Hearts’ (2018), featuring the single Close To You.

His journey in music has seen him move from his native Iceland to the Netherlands and on to the UK where he is now based. With his songs accumulating over 61million plays on Spotify since 2016, Flovent will be hoping to become a household name in 2019 with his brand of radio-friendly balladeering.
