Gig of the Week : The Shower Scene at Crawdaddy

Not as many huge acts this week as in previous weeks which gives us a bit more of a creative licence to promote the great Irish bands around  so this week we have chosen The Shower Scene who play in Crawdaddy in a double header, early in the day for their younger fans, and then again at 8pm for their older fans whom require a bar. That gig is on Saturday

Other great Irish acts this week are Codes playing Captains Live on Friday and Sweet Jane playing Captains Live on Saturday, Both in Blanchardstown. We are also hearing that Adrian Crowley in the Button Factory has been cancelled.

Kassidy are back for their promised reschedule of the cancelled Whelans date, so they play Whelans on Thursday. The 99th Ballroom of Romance features some great Irish acts including Jogging, Squarehead, Pig and Fairlights and finally Tupelo (who support codes on Friday) play Whelans on Saturday for a headline show and upstair Junah are doing their thing.
