With Brighton's Great Escape Festival just around the corner, we thought we'd have a look through the 400+ acts playing over the weekend and pick out some of the unmissable shows from this year's festival.
We've gone with a 50:50 split of Irish and international bands. So if you're heading to England's sunny south east next weekend, get the highlighters out.
WYVERN LINGO

What to expect: Luscious harmonies coupled with some funky R&B beats. Bring your dancing shoes.
REJJIE SNOW
When: Thursday @ 22:00 at Wagner Hall
What to expect: Buckets of energy from Ireland’s premier rapper who has already collaborated with the likes of Joey Bada$$.
ÁINE CAHILL
When: Friday @ 22:30 at One Church
What to expect: Equal dosages of jazz and sass, which have led to comparisons with heavyweights such as Lana del Ray
HARE SQUEAD
When: Thursday @ 21:30 at Shooshh
What to expect: An explosive live show blending all sorts of of R&B, electropop and rap.
AILBHE REDDY
When: Thursday @ 12:30 at Bleach/Friday @ 13:15 at Prince Albert
What to expect: Gorgeous alt-folk intertwined with some almost stand-up-comedy quality inter-song chatter.
HMLTD - England
When: Friday @ 20:30 at The Haunt/Saturday @ 23:30 at Prince Albert
What to expect: God only knows. Be prepared.
PARCELS - Australia
When: Thursday @ 23:15 at Komedia
What to expect: A unique brand of pop blending numerous genres to create infectious, dance-inducing tunes.
THE MOONLANDINGZ - England
When: Thursday @ 21:30 at The Haunt
What to expect: Sweaty psych-pop that'll make you feel like you've actually landed on the moon.
BALOJI - Belgium
When: Saturday @ 21:30 at Sallis Benney Theatre
What to expect: A hip-gyrating, knee-shaking blend of African music, rap, soul, funk and jazz with a little electronica thrown in for flavour.
SLØTFACE - Norway
When: Thursday: @ 18:30 and 20:00 at Wagner Hall/Friday @ 21:15 at Horatio’s
What to expect: High-energy pop punk from the band that Wolf Alice briefly threatened to be.
