No not Goldenplec, GOLD, as in their debut album ‘This Life’ by The Original Rudeboys has hit GOLD status in Ireland.
An outstanding achievement for the North Dublin lads, who only formed as a band in March 2011. So to celebrate going Gold, they will be releasing a special limited edition box set of ‘This Life’ on Friday 16th November (this Friday).
The box set contains ‘This Life’, which features the hit singles ‘Stars In My Eyes’, ‘Travelling Man’, ‘Written Songs (Feeling Good)’ and ‘Blue Eyes’, plus two bonus tracks – ‘Feel The Same’ and ‘Dublin Days’. You will also get the first DVD from the band, featuring their YouTube videos which was where they initially made their name. There is an exclusive 23 minute interview, unseen footage and four unavailable elsewhere postcards and an Original Rudeboys #ThisLife wristband.
Fans are advised to move fast, as the Deluxe Edition is a one-off special pressing, and will not be repressed once sold out.
