Sony Drop Jedward
Sony has decided to drop Jedward today after their debut single didnt reach number one in the UK Charts.
The highs and Lows of being Jedward is quite evident after they topped the Charts in Ireland with their Debut Single and have a Sold Out tour of Ireland to look forward to post X Factor Tour.
Jedward missed out on the #1 spot in the UK to Owl City and Sony took pro-active action. Louis Walsh is reportedly working on getting them another major deal to replace Sony.

jedward were not dropped because they got to #2..it was because sony spent SOOOOOOO MUCH MONEY on their production and hyped them up soooooo much that every1 expected them to sell huge records..they even had them do the single with vanilla ice…look at their production on the tour its mental!! their single sales were soo pathetic and couldn’t even hit the 100000 mark..i think that jedward are a lot more suited as tv entertainers but not singers..all of u jed fans should try and support them as tv presenters or something like that rather than actual singers

but isnt big financial backing and failing to sell over 100,000 just another way of saying they failed to get the #1 spot. With massive financial backing comes the expectation of sales, the expectation of sales should hand in hand lead to a #1 Chart position with big sales.
