Slane to return in 2013 slane 150x150Slane 2013 anyone? Yes it’s 100% confirmed that Slane will be returning for 2013.

The one day rock festival – with a lineup history to shame most festivals – will return to the calendar for 2013 with the headliners for the event to be announced on Tuesday October 30th. So keep an eye on Goldenplec that morning for confirmation.

Rumours are flying all around, The Rolling Stones, Fleetwood Mac, AC/DC (as with every year), Greenday, U2 all mentioned within the same breath, but as always they are rumours.

    Not many bands would drag me to Slane to be honest. Qotsa maybe… or Girls Aloud. I’m strange like that.
