The Script announce Croke Park headliner by Owen Humphreys (5 of 6)-banner
Since Wednesday afternoon rumours have been flying around social media as to who would be the first act announced to play at Croke Park since last year’s Garth Brooks fiasco. After two days of feverish speculation about the possibility of U2 or AC/DC taking to the hallowed turf, it has just been confirmed that the bookie’s favourite The Script are going to play their biggest ever headline show on June 20th 2015.

Having just released their fourth studio album ‘No Sound Without Silence’ which debuted at top spot in the charts and having also played a sold-out show at Dublin Castle, the boys are bigger than they’ve ever been.

Support on the day will come from Mr. Happy, Pharrell Williams. Tickets for the show go on sale on November 6th and will cost €45 – €79.50.
