Life SupportSome of Ireland’s top acts have come together to compile exclusive track for a charity album entitle Life Support’ in aid of Pieta House, the suicide and self-harm crisis centre.

The album is being release on The Delphi label and will be priced at €9.99 and will be available as CD and online from iTunes and selected online stores. Amongst the acts on this unique album are Delorentos, The Coronas, We Cut Corners, The Flaws, Wallis Bird and more. The album is entirely funded by Live 95FM and Delphi Label so all proceeds go to the charity.

“Pieta House is a cause close to my heart. I wanted to support and raise money for Pieta House in a practical, pro-active way,” said Alan Jacques who conceived the album and approached some of his favourite Irish artists of the last few years to get involved.

To mark the release a launch gig in Dolan’s Warehouse, Limerick on Sunday 22nd April will feature performances from Windings, The Brad Pitt Light Orchestra and Fox Jaw Bounty Hunters. There will also be a Dublin show on Tuesday 24th April with live music from Delorentos, We Cut Corners, EleventyFour and Ross Breen.
