Julie Feeney at The Meteor Choice Music PrizeDid we say palace… Yeah we did, did we know Ireland had a palace? no we didn’t. Well it turns out Castletown House, Celbridge will open its doors to the public to explore it for a festival of music, films, arts and dance.

Taking place on August 3rd – 5th (the busy Oxegen, Indiependence, Castlepalooza weekend) the festival will have over 50 events happening each day. We’ll be focusing on the music side of things but the arts and dance and film side of things you can check out the full details of their programme on Bighouse.ie.

Music wise over the weekend you can catch Jack L performing The 27 Club, Julie Feeney, Jerry Fish, LAPD, Musici Ireland, The Key Notes and Tosca. All are down to play over the weekend. Tickets for the entire festival (not just the music) are €22.50 with a family ticket going for €45.
