So you love your Irish music, you’ve got your Knockanstockan ticket and you’re heading down for a weekend of fun and games in Blessington. Well you’re impressing us already!
Team GoldenPlec is heading down to Knockanstockan this year to help the festival in their efforts to raise money for Pieta House. We’re bringing a mini Coast to Coast: Tea and Toast to the Jimmie Lee Juke Joint between the hours of 12pm and 4pm on Saturday and Sunday. We’ll have tea and toast on sale, €1 for a mug of cha and €2 for toast to go with your tea.
We’re doing acoustic sessions throughout with some of Ireland’s top acts who are stripping back a set to the bare bones and we might even have a few unique collaborations for you to check out, so don’t miss out on the fun and games down at the Jimmie Lee Juke Joint. All going well we’ll have an arcade game down for people to play again with all money raised going to Pieta House and we’ll have a raffle going on for some prizes to further raise some money.
So please bring your spare change and weary heads over to the Juke Joint for some fun and to raise money for a worthy charity, and meet team Goldenplec while you’re at it.
