Gig of the Week – Japandroids at The Workman’s Club

The Workman’s Club is playing host to Japandroids on Thursday for this weeks Gig of the Week. The Canadian rock duo are currently touring their latest album, Celebration Rock, extensively throughout intimate European venues. Their latest release has received praise from critics and fans alike. Rumor has it that the lads put on a quality show so make sure to get yourself down to The Workman’s Club on Thursday. Tickets are €13 and still available.

Meanwhile up in Belfast’s Custom House Square Skrillex kicks off this year’s Belsonic festival on Wednesday. Emeli Sandé is headlining Thursday, with support from Duke Special. Get your baggy trousers on for Madness on Friday. Thin Lizzy are performing on Saturday night. Paramore wrap up the weekend on Sunday. Tickets range from £25-£33, more details and tickets here.

He joined forces with Cashmere Media to direct Boy Lights Fire’s video for their new single Atlanta.
