Vantastival 2010

Vantastival is a three-day family-friendly music festival held at Dunany Estate in mid-Louth over the May bank holiday weekend (April 30 – May 2, 2010), aimed primarily at campervan, motorhome and motor scooter enthusiasts but will be a brilliant weekend for all seasoned festival-goers with live music and entertainment on three stages. It will also include a trade show, competitions and workshops focusing on the enhancement, upkeep and exhibition of campers and scooters. There will be two separate campsites, one for residential vehicles and one for scooter owners and other attendees to pitch tents.

As the largest gathering of campervans and motor scooters in Ireland, Vantastival will provide an occasion for the extensive community of camper and scooter owners to come together over a shared passion for their lifestyles, to meet fellow enthusiasts, exchange ideas, and be able to source and purchase equipment for their vehicles before taking to the roads during the summer season. It will be a social event that puts attendees in touch with suppliers and industry experts within a fun festival atmosphere, with top class live music and entertainment all weekend. With a dedicated trad and folk stage, children’s activities, holistic healing area and food and craft fair amongst other things, Vantastival has something to offer everyone.

Vantastival will give mid-Louth a festival the community can be proud of, while increasing tourism to the area and boosting the local economy.
