Eric Clapton for Irish double

Eric Clapton has announced that he will visit Dublin and Belfast on the way around the UK with dates for Europe, the U.S. and Asia all to be announced at a future date, but most importantly for us today is the Irish dates.

Incredibly this tour is in support of his 19th solo album which is released this autumn and will be entitled ‘Clapton‘

First on the list is The O2, Dublin in 2011 when he hits Irish soil on May 9th, then up to Belfast he will roll for a date in The Odyssey on May 10th 2011.

Tickets are on sale Thursday 16th September at 9am with Dublin tickets costing €70.70 to €81.25 and Belfast tickets cost £60 fully seated.
