Electric Picnic is putting the call out to cycling enthusiasts and music lovers. Last year they ran the charity event to gain access to EP whilst raising funds and this year it’s back.
The cycle of the 80km will take place on September 2nd all the way to Stradbally Estate, whilst raising vital funds forTemple Street Children’s Hospital. . Last year over 700 raised the money bringing over €250,000 of much needed funds to Temple Street.
It kicks off from Tallaght Stadium and rolls all the way down into the heart of electric picnic. The experts from ‘2Wheels Cycles’ will be travelling with everyone to advise and lead along the 80km route. Mechanics will be on hand to help with any problematic bikes, your bags and tents for teh weekend will be transported for you and will be waiting for you for collection and a secure bicycle parking site provided upon arrival.
All you have to do is raise €500 and in return the organisers will provide you with a weekend camping ticket to the Electric Picnic. Eco-Friendly, Raise money for charity, scenic cycle, attend Electric Picnic. NO BRAINER.
