Great review, covered all the high points. Don’t know about you but fans/attendees near us insisted on chattering all night and at one point for the acoustic encore were asked politely to ShShShShSh!

Thanks MarcB. The crowd was a real pain at times! When I saw glow sticks I knew it was going to be a bit dodgy! I have been to gigs in Vicar St where it has been a lot worse though! I was really surprised by Rosenberg’s back catalog, he has some cracking songs that aren’t on the album!

Great review, couldn’t agree more about the crowd though, it was easily one of the worst crowds I’ve experienced. Had to move twice because of it. Full of teenagers who were there purely because their mates were there and paying no attention to the gig.

You musn’t have stayed for the complete Overhead The Albatross gig as they have plenty of atmosphere & energy in abundance as displayed on Sunday. Sonically between Explosions in the Sky and And So I Watch You From Afar is a good thing as they are not trying to mimic either band.
