October 21st see’s Black Kids hitting Dublins The Academy having had a great 2008 so far including 2 rocking sets at glastonbury.

Now the Academy are proud to announce that the Magic Wands are all set to support the black kids in a double whammy gig.

Its just been announced that opening night of the No Disko club on Fridays in the Academy, which opens September 5th will be kicked off with Guest DJ’s Niamh and Podge of Ham Sandwich and Jessie Love Action of NeoSupervital.

The Resident DJ’s Rory Fitzgerald and Anto Molly will also be on hand to spin out [...]

Tracy Chapman has today announced a tour of europe hitting 21 spots along the way including Dublins Olympia Theatre on December 8th.

Tracy is sporting a brand new album called “Our Bright Future” and gives audiences the first chance in 10 years to see her live.

Currently Touring “Skybound” the successor album to “feather and stone”, Tom Baxter is set to follow up on shows in the olympia, the national stadium and of course the meteor music awards with a double treat for fans.
