Mark Geary is set to play Whelans on Friday 7th November to support the release of his third album ‘Opium’. Two years in development, ‘Opium’ follows Geary’s crtically aclaimed 2004 album ‘Ghosts’ which went Gold in Ireland.

Stages Times for next weekends Oxegen Festival are now available. For the First time Oxegen will have bands playing on Friday night, following the trend set by Electric Picnic. Also this year Oxegen will feature a circus and cinema tent in an effort to make the festival a more complete experience.
