Maci is a young girl with a rare condition known as Holoprosencephaly (or HOPE for short). Ger Kellett and Ryan Lincoln (a.k.a Linco) from Ballymun based hip-hop, 5th Element, are hosting a fundraising concert with special guests .
All the money made on the night are being donated Maci’s cause in the hopes that they help get her the treatment she needs.
