Should have really posted it yesterday but the festival awards got in the way so as promised kev, i gave the album a listen and said if i liked it i would put it up on goldenplec.

Well here we are, The Cast of Cheers [Myspace] who just recently have been described by Influential Music blogger Nialler9 as “Your New Favourite Irish Band“. They are a brand new band made up of the remnants of smaller bands including ABAM who spent a while touring in America trying to crack it before calling a day on the band.

They are offering their latest album “Chariot” as a free download through http://thecastofcheers.bandcamp.com/

Just click on and you can download the album, or individual songs or just stream them if your so inclined and short on hard drive space. a nice gesture from any band these days.

If free is the cost of getting noticed then hopefully this will make you at least give these guys a listen. Their fun and upbeat and have a get up and dance vibe off them.
