Blast Beat National Final
The National Final of the Coca Cola Blastbeat is being held on May 9th with an array of irish music bands playing in the competitions and as guests. Its being held at Dublins, The Academy and will feature top irish band DIRECTOR with Twenty Twenty a popular english band and blastbeat graduates Blue Syndrome, HomeStar Runner and Emergency in Transit.
The Other Bands involved on the day are Chaka, Downhill, Empathy, Machine Gun Baby, Reef Stained, Scully & The Misfits, Six:30, Suede Halo, The Exceptions, The Relators
The gig kicks off at 1pm
The event is sponsored by Coca Cola, Waltons and Reeds
There is a couple of gigs this week that really ticket our fancy, but to be fair one gig really stood out and i wish i had the money to be at it but unfortunately life is cruel sometimes.
