October 21st see’s Black Kids hitting Dublins The Academy having had a great 2008 so far including 2 rocking sets at glastonbury.

Now the Academy are proud to announce that the Magic Wands are all set to support the black kids in a double whammy gig.

The Magic Wands are a Nashville Based duo (Chris and Dexy) who play catchy melodies with drum machine rhythms and distorted guitars. The are hotly tipped to be one of the next big bands out of america.
